1. General rules:

     In order to protect the clients¡¯ interests and execute the corporation¡¯s tenet¡ªthe top quality, the highest reputation, the client being the king and the nuclear opinion of values¡ªdoing business is just like being a man, the quality of products is just like the quality of men, we promise that all kinds of our corporation¡¯s products will enjoy the free ¡°three guarantees¡± if processing quality defects caused by designing, materials, manufacturing and assembling within one year after delivery. Beyond the free repair period, will charge reasonable fees to carry out the ¡°three guarantees¡± and provide the lifelong service for our products.

2. The range of free ¡°three guarantees¡±

      (1).Under the prerequisite of the client¡¯s right operation, maintenance, and storage of the products purchased from our corporation according to the requirements of The Manual of Quality Guarantee and The Usage Instructions (including the instructions of components and accessories), we are responsible for the free repair and replacement of the related components to renew the products¡¯ capabilities if they have primary quality defects led by designing, materials, manufacturing and assembling within the free repair period.

(2). All kinds of products or fittings purchased by our corporation from other manufacturers, their free repair periods are based on the standards of the providing manufacturers. Under the prerequisite of the customer¡¯s right operation, maintenance, and storage of the products purchased from our corporation according to the requirements of The Manual of Quality Guarantee and The Usage Instructions (including the instructions of all the components and accessories), the clients can report to us if the products have quality problems and we could coordinate the providing manufacturers to repair or replace the products freely.


(3).Under the prerequisite of the customer¡¯s right operation, maintenance, and storage of the products purchased from our corporation according to the requirements of The Manual of Quality Guarantee and The Usage Instructions (including the instructions of all the components and accessories), we are responsible for the refund of the products after examination if they have quality defects led by designing, materials, manufacturing and assembling and can not meet the usage requirements after three times¡¯ repairs because of the same problem occurring in the same products within the free repair period.


3. The range of the chargeable repair for those products excluded from the free ¡°three guarantees¡±

(1).During the free repair period, damaged by clients¡¯ inappropriate operation, maintenance, and storage. (2).During the free repair period, the products damaged by the clients¡¯ rude modification, taking apart or repair and incomplete product components. (3).During the free repair period, the damage caused by the clients who find the problems but do not report for repair in time and further use them. (4).All categories of products produced by Nantong CIMC which surpass the one year free repair period. (5).All categories of products produced by other manufacturers which the free repair period of those manufacturers.

4. The promise of response time

        We will respond to your quality complaints in 24 hours. If necessary, we will send special teams to get to the spot and provide services in 48 hours.
5. The procedure of formalities

    (1). If the products break down while using and you need help from us, please report to us about the delivering number, the certification, the out-factory date and detailed information in written form. So we could analyze the problem and tackle it as soon as possible.

(2). Our corporation is responsible for direct repair, changing and fees of traveling and dinning which are included in the range of ¡°three guarantees¡±, but not for the damage fees.
(3). If we refund the products within the range of free ¡°three guarantees¡±, clients should accept necessary discounts.
(4). If the problems are excluded from the range of free ¡°three guarantees¡±, our corporation can provide technological service of repair. But the fees should be paid by clients. The repair fees refer to the fees of traveling and dinning and direct fees of ordinary repair.
